Use of the service
AutoBrowse Checkout provides workflow software for AI browser checkout replay, merchant fact QA, summary comparison, blocker evidence, and checkout safety recommendations. You must use the service lawfully and only with websites, accounts, and data you are authorized to test.
Accounts and authority
You are responsible for account security, user permissions, test credentials, merchant configurations, reviewer rules, and all actions taken under your account. You must not use the service to bypass security controls, access accounts without permission, submit real payment credentials for testing, or conceal unauthorized activity.
Payments
Paid plans are processed through Polar or another stated payment provider. Prices are shown in USD, and cryptocurrency invoices may involve network fees, volatility, confirmations, and provider rules. Access may begin after payment status is confirmed. Taxes, duties, and accounting treatment are your responsibility unless the checkout provider states otherwise.
Refunds and cancellations
Unless required by law, paid subscriptions are non-refundable after access is provisioned or a replay job begins. If a duplicate charge, payment error, or activation issue occurs, contact support@aigeamy.com within 7 days with the invoice reference. We may approve a refund, credit, or correction at our reasonable discretion and subject to payment-provider capabilities.
Product limitations
The service supports QA and readiness workflows but does not guarantee ranking, AI answer inclusion, checkout conversion, legal compliance, code correctness, payment-provider approval, or absence of defects. You remain responsible for testing, release decisions, merchant disclosures, legal compliance, and production operations.
Customer content
You retain rights to the URLs, expected facts, screenshots, task instructions, and workflow data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, transmit, display, analyze, and support the service. You must not submit data that violates law, third-party rights, sanctions rules, confidentiality duties, or platform policies.
Acceptable use
You may not attack the service, overload infrastructure, scrape restricted areas, reverse engineer non-public components, upload malware, interfere with other customers, test websites without authorization, or use the service for credential theft, fraud, deceptive checkout behavior, or unauthorized system access.
Availability and changes
We aim to operate a reliable service, but availability may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, payment-provider issues, security events, or force majeure. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, lost-profit, lost-data, or business-interruption damages.
Third-party names
Gemini, Google, Chrome, Microsoft, Copilot, Bing, Cloudflare, and Polar are names of their respective owners. AutoBrowse Checkout is an independent service and is not endorsed by those owners unless explicitly stated in writing.
